Fundraising and MadRunners News  

March 2022
Our Easter fundraising has included a raffle, an Bingo event (in person!), a virtual runners Bingo, Easter Eggschange! Grand total and charity to be shared very soon! Thank you to everyone that donated, and took part. 

March 2022
We have received our new affiliation  certificate for 2022-23. We are currently renewing memberships for our current athletes and processing memberships for new MadRunners! We are really looking forward to our first full year of affiliation and a full calendar of events. 

March 2022
On Sunday 6th March 40+ MadRunners completed in the St Helens 10K, a fantastic local event in our starting and finishing at one of our training locations. Whilst we were just glad to be bavkrunning in a running event it was also a first appearance for many affilated MadRunners. 

December 2021 

Our annual December fundraising is for Willowbrook Hospice and includes a 12K run, MADvent Calendar and Christmas raffle. We are delighted to have raised over £300 so far thanks to the kindness of our local MadRunners donating prizes and buying raffle tickets. You can follow our progress on the link below.

September 2021 

MadRunners leaders Mark and Deborah completed the Great North Run in September 2021 . The total amount raised for their two charities stands at almost £2000. Funds were raised during 2020 and 2021 through kind donations, raffles and fundraising events. You can see the fundraising progress on our pages listed below and a big thank you to all the runners at our club for their ongoing support.
